2. Services Provided
We provide tutoring services in various STEM disciplines. Our services are available to users of all ages and from all geographic locations.
3. User Obligations
Users are required to provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a charge for the services scheduled.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
We hold all intellectual property rights to our website and the materials provided therein. Users are granted a license to use our website and materials for their personal, non-commercial use.
5. Privacy and Data Use

6. Payments and Refunds
Refunds may be granted if the client is unsatisfied after the first session up to two (2) hours max and reaches out to us by email or phone within 48 hours. If the client continues with tutoring services, they lose the ability to obtain any refund. Hours purchased may be transferred to family and friends.

Please reach out to our support team for any disputes. We adhere to an arbitration process for dispute resolution.

We are not responsible for any damages or issues related to the use of our services. Users agree to use our services at their own risk.
